Marlie and Family

Sorry everyone that it has been so long..We have been so busy now that it is summer time..We just added a new member to our family..A Akc Basset Hound..She is wonderful..She is amazing I should say...She has not went in the house poo or pee and she is only 10 weeks old..Amazing..She sleeps all night too..We are lucky. We named her Marlie after the Movie Marley and Me..If you havent seen it, you should watch it..Get your tissues though the ending is very sad..Its a good movie..

We are all doing well..Our kids all passed to the next grade with excellent grades, so we are happy with that..Daniel is going to be going to Bergman School also with the girls next year, so that will be nice to have them all in the same school..He went last year to the Lead Hill preschool, which is an awesome preschool...Teachers are wonderful there..But with me attending college, It will be much easier to get them all in one place..

Our Church

God is Good..

Our church is amazing..We know God has placed our family here in Diamond City...You know that God is in control, and you always hope you are in God's will for your life, and the lives of your family too..We know without a doubt, that we are ment to attend and to be members at our Church..Lighthouse Bible Church..We fill like we are one big family..We never doubt that each member would be there for us in a heart beat.. To lift us up, to cheer us up, and always there praying for us..God has great plans for our family..We are so excited everytime we walk threw our church doors..

We are having 30 days of revival starting in April..I am looking forward to the miricles God is planning in our community..He has big plans for Diamond City, and the surrounding area's..If you are in the neighbor hood, or just want to find a great family church, fill free to attend..Its right on the main street in Diamond City Arkansas..

I fill that each member is a part of our family..We are blessed with 2 pastors, who would do anything for any of us, without at doubt..They are always going beyond their calling, to help us out..We could not ask for 2 better pastors than the ones we have..God is good..

Sorry its been so long

Hello,

Sorry its been so long since my last blog..Our kids had been sick, and then I caught it too. We ended up having the flu bug..Yuck..I was layed up for about 4 days or so..Fever, tired, some of the sick stomach, but mainly the fever.. I am tring to catch up on laundry and house work now..The kids and I are on spring break this next week, so the house will be clean again..lol..With 4 kids that is impossible sometimes...lol..I hope you all have been great..Is everyone on Spring Break?..

Sickness

Hello Everyone,

Sorry its been a couple of days since my last blog..My kids have all been sick with this crazy virus thing that is going around. Daniel first, then Abby, then Kendra..Elisabeth, our oldest one has not gotten sick..Thank God... We finally had all 4 in school today, then my husband, around 2 pm, had to go and get Daniel from preschool.. His fever was 102.5..So he is I guess not over it yet..It is crazy..His turned into double ear infections, and we thought he was over it, now he has another fever..I am going to take him to his dr. in mountain home tomorrow..I want to have some test run on him to see what is going on..It has been going on for off and on 3 weeks..Its getting old..Pray, that our family gets over this stuff..James still has his cough too..Its lingering on...Pray that me and Liz do not get this stuff..With me in college, its hard to not miss, when you have kids sick, and I dont need to get behide..I will have to miss tomorrow too..

Sunday..The Lord's Day

He that is is me is greater than what is in the world.
I love that verse. It always reminds me that no matter the situation I am going threw the Lord is bigger and will always be with me. Daniel and I are going to church here in a min. James is going to be staying home with Abby, who is still complaining of a tummy ache, and Kendra isnt feeling to hot either. Liz is meeting us at church later. She spent the weekend with a friend.
It will be a good day. Please continue to pray for all of us..I can not miss school that often, and when you have 4 kids, and making sure yourself dosent get sick, you need all the prayer you can get..Thanks,

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to do a prayer request today...James is feeling some better, still has some of his cough.. Daniel's turned into an ear infection, which he is much better after antibodics and prayer. ..Abby has ran a fever for two days, and her stomach is killing her..She is in a lot of pain, and is sleeping a lot...She drinks some, and take her medicine..So if you would throw a prayer up today for us, that would be much needed..

We are so thankful for all our church friends, and God's promise of healing. Thank God we have him to lean on.

Daniel our number 4

Daniel James Medina, born 8/28/05. He weighed 7lbs. 13 oz. He was my biggest baby. I had him at 39 weeks. My body seemed to want to have him early, but I never did..Thank goodness..I started contracting or having braxton hicks around 20 weeks. We went to the hospital a lot. But God kept him safe and in my tummy until he was ready to bring him into the world. He was so beautiful. You have to realize that after having 3 girls a boy was never in our minds. We just assumed we were having another girl. We alreay had a girls named picked out, and we went in for the ultrasound thinking we were having a girl. It was my mom, me, and my aunt Donna. When they pointed out in fact it was not a girl..lol..I almost feel off the table. It was all I could do not to keep from smiling.I dont think I stopped..I rushed home and was so excited to tell James..He had no Idea, and I tried to hold my excitement in, but as soon as I walked in, he knew..lol..James helped me name our girls, but I gave him full honor of naming his only boy and our last one. He was so excited..He came up with a lot of names and I liked them all..I mentioned the name Daniel and told him it was my fav. story in the bible, but he could name him anything thing he wished..It was his choice. He told me a few weeks before the birth what he had chosen and Daniel James was it..It could not have suited him better..He is a little boy living in a big lions den full of girls..lol..
He was a good ending.
